What the Warranty Covers : On ALL Pre-Owned Machines
- ALL Machines are Guaranteed to be in Good Clean Working Condition and Ready to Use. That's Used-Copiers-Faxes-Printers.com's assurance and guarantee to you, our customer.
- Full 30 Day Parts Warranty... Used-Copiers-Faxes-Printers.com's Parts Warranty covers any manufacture's defects and or workmanship. Additionally, above the normally warranted parts (such as Gears, Clutches, and Circuit Boards etc.) many other parts are also covered.
- Among the many other parts covered under this warranty are the Consumable Parts, such as Fuser Rollers, Cleaning Rollers, Lamps, and Feed Tires etc.
- Your Certified Pre-Owned Machine has been Fully Inspected by our Highly Trained Factory Technicians before shipment, and all of the above mentioned parts contained within your machine have been judged to be within normal operational limits for continued operational and long term serviceable use.
- We do, however, recommend that you acquire or have on-hand spare supplies such as Cartridges, Toner, Drums (Photorecptor) and/or Developer for your future operational use and needs. Generally on most makes and models there are no methods available to verify the actual remaining amount of Consumable Supplies left or contained within the machine.
- All Warranties of course are dependent on the customer's proper machine setup, installation, and usage according to the manufacture's recommendations and guidelines.
- Note: In a small percentage of machines shipped, the transported machine may need some fine adjustments after shipping and before use (sometimes a machine will get slightly jostled during transportation process). These adjustments are covered under the warranty as noted above. ALL Machines are guaranteed to arrive to your location in Good Working Condition and Ready to Use.
- Upon pre-approval from Advanced Copy Products, any costs associated with any necessary fine tuning or adjustments needed after shipment to bring your machine up to "Fully Operational Condition" and before your actual operational use are covered under this warranty. If deemed necessary by Advanced Copy Products, this typically equates to a Free Installation Service Call upon arrival of your machine.
Warranty Claims :All Warranty Claims... prior to activation require a WMA # issued by Advanced Copy Products, Inc. No Claims, Repairs, or Returns are authorized without this Warranty Merchandise Authorization Number.
How Used-Copiers-Faxes-Printers.com works with you during the Warranty Period :
- If at any time a machine becomes non-operational or is not operating up to manufacture's standards under normal usage during the warranty period, simply contact Advanced Copy Products's Free Customer TechLine Help Desk 1-888-411-3858 for assistance.
- If it is determined by Advanced Copy Products, the Manufacture, and/or your Local Authorized Dealer that repair parts are needed, any necessary Parts covered under the warranty are to solely provided by Advanced Copy Products, Inc. unless prior approval from Advanced Copy Products has be received.
- If parts cannot be readily obtained by Advanced Copy Products and supplied to you, the customer, in a timely manner, and your local dealer or repair facility has the said repair parts on-hand for immediate repair of your machine, you must get prior approval from our Help Desk to reimburse you or the repair facility the cost of the necessary repair parts.
- For any repair deemed necessary by Advanced Copy Products, the Manufacture and/or your Local Authorized Dealer during the warranty period, as a courtesy we will attempt contact notification with your nearest Authorized Repair Facility or Dealer. Once contacted, a Authorized Service Technician will typically be made available and or scheduled for the installation of repair parts.
- Please remember, you will be responsible for all labor costs to maintain and repair your equipment as Advanced Copy Products is only responsible with supplying you with the necessary operational repair parts covered under the warranty.
What the Manufacture's Warranty DOES NOT Cover : ... for obvious reasons
- Damage due to shipping.
In the event of visible or any concealed shipping damage, please preserve all packaging materials and package contents as shipped and contact Advanced Copy Products within 24 hours of receipt of damaged shipment. We will then dispatch a Shipper Insurance Claims Adjuster to your location for inspection (usually within 48 hours of notification).
If the damaged machine is deemed repairable by Advanced Copy Products's Help Desk to a "Fully Operational Condition" we will then notify the nearest Authorized Repair Technician for immediate repair at no cost to you, the customer (excluding Travel or Transportation Costs for the repair).
If the machine is deemed not repairable by Advanced Copy Products to a "Fully Operational Condition" by Advanced Copy Products (and after the Shipper's Insurance Claims Adjuster has evaluated the damaged machine) we will then immediately re-ship you a replacement machine at no cost to you, the customer.
Travel Charges or Transportation Costs for machine repair are not covered under any circumstances. If the machine is located outside of the nearest available designated service territory (i.e. rural areas) you, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping or transportation of the machine to the nearest Authorized Repair Facility or Dealer for repair. If you wish for your regional Authorized Dealer to repair your machine at your location you, the customer, will be solely responsible for any associated Travel Charges to your location.
- Damage to Machine due to improper machine setup by Customer.
Ninety percent of all initial machine operational problems or damage is caused by the End User not reading and carefully following the supplied Setup Instructions. If an initial problem emerges with the machine and that problem is determined by Advanced Copy Products to be caused by improper setup by the customer voids the Warranty.
In the event of any damages or problems caused by the customer to the machine from a improper setup procedure, all costs of repairs (including parts & labor) and or proper machine re-setup charges by an Authorized Repair Facility or Dealer become the sole responsibility of our customer. At the discretion of Advanced Copy Products the warranty may be reinstated after all repairs and or setup issues have been resolved by a Authorized Repair Facility or Service Technician.

It is highly recommended that you have your local Authorized Dealer setup the machine for you. It should cost no more than a one hour service call (national average of $85) and is a wise investment to get your machine started off on the right foot.
Proper machine setup is generally not difficult and often can be properly accomplished by most individuals. You may feel comfortable in the setup of the machine yourself (after reading the supplied setup instructions). If any questions arise before and during setup it is absolutely essential that you contact Advanced Copy Products's Free Customer TechLine Help Desk.
- Machines and or Consumable Parts used beyond the manufacture's recommended stated usage.
All machines have a recommended maximum monthly copy volume or usage designated by the manufacture. All consumable parts (i.e. Drum, Developer, Rollers, Lamps, etc.) also have a maximum copy volume or stated yield by the manufacture. If the machine is used and maintained in accordance to the manufacture's recommendations your machine will give years of good solid reliable operation.
Consumable Supplies such as Cartridges, Toner, Drums (Photoreceptor) and/or Developer however are not covered under this 30 Day Parts Warranty. If the Consumable Supplies listed are for any reason found not up to you and or your technicians standards, these Consumable Supplies will be made available to you for purchase at our Reseller/Dealer Discounted Price within the 30 Day Warranty period.
If you exceed the manufacture's recommended maximum total copy volume during the warranty period the warranty will be void and no longer be in effect. This generally only happens when a customer tries to save initial purchase money and buys a low priced / lower volume machine and uses it for high volume use. It is very important that the customer is realistic in their copying needs before the purchase of any machine.
